Lady Caroline: Cleveland Tour Agency Guide

Came for a family reunion trip and I will say I enjoyed myself. The staff were nice and attentive. Very friendly and inviting. The whole boat is really done nicely and myself and my family had a great time on board. I’ll admit the dinner was mid but the salad bar, dessert, and drinks were great! Nice DJ that played a variety of music for all in attendance and had a nice setup. I really enjoyed the view of the city at night too. Overall it was a fun experience and I recommend checking it out if you get the chance!

July 22, 2025 Lady Caroline Dinner Cruise. We had perfect weather, but the boat did stay inside the break wall doing multiple trips back-n-forth in front of the Cleveland skyline. This way no matter what side of the boat you sat at you had a good view of the lake and then a good view of the skyline. We sailed on time and returned to the dock on time. NOTE: We did not see a sunset on the lake. It depends upon what time of year the sun actually sets. We did have an interesting cruise up the river that showed other parts of Cleveland. The bartender does a great job of making some signature drinks and is generous with the poor for each drink. Two Black Label scotches with a $2 tip came to $23 and change - WOW. The buffet food was good that included a tasty chicken breast, walleye and sliced beef plus a vegetable and potatoes. The boat was 99% full and the food service went quickly. After dinner there was good dance music on one deck and good outdoor views and the upper deck.

A group of girlfriends went on dinner/sunset cruise 6/11/25 and can’t say enough good things about this. Dinner was amazing. The staff was fantastic. The weather was perfect. Just one word of advice that I didn’t think about is tips. The cost does not include tips and every single person working on this cruise deserves a little extra! Very professional and accommodating. They really know how to make you feel special!

Great way to end the year! Noon new year's eve cruise. Dinner and cocktails were fabulous. It was a bit cold on the upper deck where the dance floor and dj are.

We had a wonderful time on our Sunday Brunch cruise. The crew is welcoming even before you step onto the ship. We were seated on the second floor and the view was spectacular. The food was delicious; I liked the breakfast food best. My mom loved the blintz and we both loved the waffles. Just think about a big tray of perfectly cooked bacon and take what you like! 🥓 🥓 🥓 After eating and drinking we headed up stairs for some dancing on the 3rd deck. The sofas are super comfy and easy to sit even in a dress. Dancing commenced, my Mom wished they would have played less line dances and more just dance music. We finished the cruise on the top deck in the sun and taking in all the views. My only negative is the bathroom. My Mom used one on the 2nd deck, I on the 3rd, and we both noticed an odor of old pee. The bathroom I saw looked nice it was just the pee odor. We both will definitely be cruising with them again.
