What Visitors Say

They highlight the friendly staff, fast security checks, and the impressive variety of food and drink options. They also like the convenient access via public transportation and the clean restrooms.”
I been here 3 times !! Last December with the chiefs , a couple weeks ago we went and watched the ravens and Sunday with the 49ers. The stadium is cashless which is great. My mom first football game and I got her a ticket to see the 49ers and she 49. If you see the tickets in your budget go ! I have now been to 3 games and every time was a great time. They close the concession stands at the end of 3rd quarter. Which is so smart. ! We try different foods each time we come. I hope to be back on the 12/28 to see the Steelers!
3 months agoOverall, we had a good experience. The views of downtown were nice, but the walk to the stadium is a definite drawback. There are a lot of obnoxious street vendors and very limited routes from downtown, forcing fans to move in a herd through a packed and dirty street. Tailgating was also minimal due to limited parking in the area. Food options inside the stadium felt limited, and prices were the typical high NFL pricing. The concourses were narrow and crowded, making it tight to move around, and we never saw any in-seat vendors during the game. Bathrooms were average speed and concession lines moved quickly except at halftime. The game atmosphere itself was fairly average, with no standout energy or unique vibe. The seats were good, but there were many empty sections given the team’s 3–11 record, and it felt like there were as many visiting fans as home fans. Exit was orderly, with only the usual fan banter and no issues, though the walk out was even more congested than on the way in. Not a lot of dining options available post-game outside the stadium.
2 months agoEverything about the experience of NFL game day was seamless — from getting through the lines to walking to and from the parking garage. Easily one of the smoothest football experiences I’ve ever had! The staff were incredible — always visible, friendly, and helpful with queues, bag checks, and self-service food and drink. The stadium had that authentic, down-to-earth football feel. We loved the tail-gating and pre-show entertainment around the Dawg House. As international visitors, we were made to feel welcome and part of the Dawg Pound. We had an amazing time watching the Browns beat Green Bay — the whole city was buzzing! GO DAWGS!
5 months agoAlways a good time when we come into town from Toronto for a Browns game. We sit in the same section by the Kardiac Club and have nice covered seats. The local Browns fan are always friendly and really get into the games. Have gone to quite a few NFL stadiums and this one is one of the favorites for the access, closeness to hotel, and atmosphere.
4 months agoCame in from Ludowici, Georgia to catch the Brown's vs 49er's. Staff was very helpful with directions and tips to navigate the stadium. Decent view even with being on the 3rd level. Food was fairly priced and over all good size and taste. If I had one complaint it would be that I could find any opposing team fan fair, ie jerseys or hats or anything of the such. But other than that we all enjoyed our visit. #49erFaithful #Bang Bang Niner Gang!
