Columbia Ballroom: Cleveland Wedding Venue Guide

I still can't believe how STUNNING and FLAWLESS our wedding day was!! It was truly everything and more we could have dreamed of! Heidi was very knowledgable during our initial tour of the venue, answering questions regarding the history of Columbia Ballroom and everything to expect wedding day. Amber met with us regularly to discuss details of our day and was available to answer my many questions throughout the entire planning process. Vanessa was there for setup to make sure no detail was left untouched. We had multiple guests tell us our wedding was the best wedding they had ever been to! We also had multiple guests tell us this was the best wedding they had attended all year! The food was excellent!! We were so happy to utilize the new outdoor patio space with our cocktail hour guitarist. The horses were wonderful in photos with my husband and I. The attention to detail was incredible- we can't thank them enough for the best wedding day!

Our wedding was everything I could have dreamed of. I can’t thank Amber, Vanessa, and heidi enough. They helped me through everything, they were so supportive, and they are just amazing people in general. Special thanks to Vanessa for being there for me on the day, she is truly an incredible woman and I can’t wait to have events there in the future with her. Everything turned out beautiful, I still have people RAVING about the food. Thank you so much to everyone at Columbia Ballroom for making my day so special. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Everything was truly incredible.

This day will be talked about for years to come! We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more not just my husband and I but all of our guests. The food was delicious and all cooked in house. They catered to all of our specialty drinks including our favorite- the espresso martini served through the ice luge! We chose all their vendors they had at the ballrooms open house none of them disappointed and it made planning a breeze !

Five stars isn’t nearly enough! I don’t even know where to begin. I booked this venue for a yoga retreat, and everything about the experience was absolutely incredible. Communication was seamless...timely, clear, and always so responsive. The venue itself is stunning; just standing outside taking in the view filled me with such a deep sense of peace. Heidi, Amber, and every single staff member I interacted with were kind, knowledgeable, and an absolute joy to work with. And the food...wow! Still day dreaming about the hummus and the homemade salad dressing lol. Shane went above and beyond. Every part of the meal was delicious and far exceeded my expectations. This place is truly special, and I have no doubt I’ll be back for another unforgettable event. Thank you for creating such an amazing experience!

Where to begin…I wish we could relive this day over & over! We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Columbia Ballroom, it was truly the perfect wedding venue and made our special day absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we stepped in, we knew this was the place where our vision would come to life in the most beautiful way. Initially, we were considering eloping, but choosing Columbia Ballroom was hands down the best decision we made. The entire vendor team was incredible. Amber, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute lifesaver and instrumental in making our day run smoothly. Her attention to detail and calm presence helped us relax and truly enjoy every moment. Vanessa, was equally amazing, always professional, kind, and ready to assist. A huge shoutout to Heidi and Shane, the wonderful owners of the ballroom. Shane’s food was phenomenal, guests are still raving about how delicious everything was! Heidi’s genuine warmth and care made us feel so supported throughout the entire process.
