Just had the WORST experience with an employee on the phone. I guess I'm used to Jon where the communication is kind, understanding & reasonable. Whatever man answered the phone at 11am Feb 9th was so incredibly rude I had to hang up. He laughed at me inquiring about coming up to wait to see if any time opened up on the embroidery machine and then said he uses it all day, everyday. Im sorry, WHAT??? An employee is constantly using it & thats why I haven't been able to get an appointment in for the past week? That shouldnt be allowed. I have 6 letter to print directly from the machine, I have no files or documents to fiddle with. God forbid someone finish early or be preoccupied & allow me to use it for 20-30 minutes. Didnt think that was such a funny CrAzY thing to ask. I love this place & have NEVER had an experience like that. So gross to laugh & call a genuine question ridiculous.
a month agoBeautiful building, in the heart of Cleveland downtown. This library has all kind of books in different languages, also has a collection of chess board games and some important antique documents, really interesting place to visit and enjoy reading for all ages.
2 years agoAn architectural gem!!! The old building has a beautiful entry with a large globe hanging overhead. Take time to take it all in - the lobby has lots of architectural detail. We visited the flower installation- it was engaging and magical. The chess pieces on display on another floor had a museum like quality. Stunning building - a gem in our city.
