Happy Palm Sunday and holy week to you all. Free parking on Sunday and conveniently located downtown. The priest gave a stirring sermon regarding the sacrifice of Christ and the suffering we all must endure to live a Christian life. I was moved by the beautiful stain glass windows depicting religious scenes. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.
11 months agoVery beautiful Church. Stopped in and sat for about an hour on a Wednesday afternoon. What I thought was interesting is that they have a setup for the hearing impaired, They have a device you can ask for so you can hear the priest talking better during a mass, or you can download an app and you can listen to the mass with your earbuds in. I wish they had this set the church I go to because I cannot hear the priest half the time. A beautiful place to sit and reflect.
a year ago1st time at the Cathedral (10/2020 move to Ohio). Assisted by wonderful, Fr. Joselito to park, enter (with Mom using O2 & walker), and attended confession and Memorial Mass for Pope Benedict. Fr. Sean was a great homilist, attentive to our need for communion to be brought to the pew. Such a lovely Mass, gorgeous Christmas decorations, amazingly beautiful architecture and Cathedral.
